Who we are

Anuradha Website provides coaching and mentoring services to clients to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing using The Energy Alignment Method ("the Purpose"). These services and associated products can be with face to face or online coaching sessions in an individual or group setting or as an offline course.

It also covers whether and how that information may be shared and your rights and choices regarding the information you provide to us. What We Collect and Receive

In order to serve our customers, we may collect personally identifiable information. Depending on your use of our products and/or services, that may include:

Anuradha Website uses payment processing partners (such as Paypal, Stripe) and the payment information you submit is collected and processed by them in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Such information will typically include name, address and credit or debit card billing details. At no time does Anuradha Website have access to your payment information.

Providing information on online forms is always voluntary. You may decline to provide us with your information, however, this will limit your ability to register for and our ability to provide you with some of our products and/or services. We act as a data controller for use of your personal data to provide coaching and mentoring services. We also act as a controller and processor in regard to the processing of your data from third parties where applicable. We undertake at all times to protect your personal data, including any health and contact details, in a manner which is consistent with our duty of professional confidence and the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) concerning data protection. We will also take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data storage.

We may use your personal data where there is an overriding public interest in using the information, e.g. in order to safeguard an individual, or to prevent a serious crime. Also, where there is a legal requirement such as a formal court order. We may use your data for marketing purposes such as newsletters but this would be subject to you giving us your express consent.

  • to deliver the products and/or services to you that you have requested;
  • to validate your compliance with the terms and conditions;
  • for content improvement and feedback purposes;

  • If you want to access your data you must make a subject access request in writing to [email protected]. Under special circumstances, some information may be withheld. We shall respond within 20 working days from the point of receiving the request and all necessary information from you. Our response will include the details of the personal data we hold on you including:

  • We do not carry out any automated processing, which may lead to automated decision based on your personal data.

What safeguards are in place to ensure data that identifies me is secure?

We only use information that may identify you in accordance with GDPR. This requires us to process personal data only if there is a legitimate basis for doing so and that any processing must be fair and lawful.

We will protect your information, inform you of how your information will be used, and allow you to decide if and how your information can be shared.

We also ensure the information we hold is kept in secure locations, restrict access to information to authorised personnel only, protect personal and confidential information held on equipment such as laptops with encryption (which masks data so that unauthorised users cannot see or make sense of it). Please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so Anuradha Website cannot guarantee its absolute security. Your online account information (should you choose to register) is protected by a password which we don’t have access to and which you should choose carefully and keep secure.

 

How long do you hold confidential information for?

We will retain your personal information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the Purpose for which it was obtained.
